This place is always so understaffed. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my order. At one point both employees working the restaurant were in the restroom at the same time and the manager is doing absolutely nothing to help the speed. I won't be dining here again and I'd advise anyone that is thinking about it to just not. It would be faster to go to the food lion in the same shopping center and buy everything and cook it yourself over a lighter. Oh, and there are only 3 other customers here. It's not packed. At all....

I stop here a couple times a month and it seems like it's always something wrong anything from a biscuit that could double as a hockey puck to mysterious charges to my card. Stopped there yesterday and it was burnt looked like maybe the cleaned the grill with it ?♂️

I went on break from work. Got my order fast, and took payment fast. But I sat there for a long time waiting to get the food I ordered. When I got my order I had to eat it in the car on the way back to work. The first one was a mushroom swiss burger. The meat was quite burnt, and there was hardly any mushrooms/mushroom sauce on it. It was not good at all. Then I got into the monster burger..all patties involved were burnt quite bad. It tasted like I was eating charcoal. That on top of having to hurry back to work made my experience TERRIBLE! I will not dine at this location ever again.
The cashier seemed to be challenged doing more than one thing at a time. The restaurant was unclean. The condiments were not stocked. The male bathroom was nasty, like it had not been cleaned for weeks. When we were at the counter we were told it would be 7 minutes before the cashier could wait on us. We saw a Hative American man go to the counter. The cashier was in the back doing something and she ignored him and he finally left. At least the food was good. Very strange and poorly staffed or managed.

no stars! we stopped in and ordered two combo meals today. we did not have any special instruction, just as is. I had no bacon on my bacon cheeseburge, the lettuce was wilted and there was so much mustard it was overpowerin. my husbands burger tasted as if it was sitting all day before giving it to him. we asked for honey mustard for our fries at the window....no honey mustard. my husband looks back to the window and is waving for attention and our server just stared at him and we finally had another server come to the window. They weren't even busy...we were the only car in the drive thr!

Clean restaurant, but my hamburger was burnt black, I asked for a new one and the clerk said she would see what they could do, 5 minutes later I was handed the same burnt hamburger back.
