“As I am writing this review I had to check to make sure this was the correct location. They definitely deserve better than a 3.5 rating! If anyone remembers they used to be here a couple years ago and then had a rebuild to what they are now.It wasn't very memorable then but NOW this is a well run establishment. Every employee is nice and I've never had to wait long for hot and fresh food. Even during busy hours I can only remember 1 instance my food wasn't correct and honestly it wasn't that big of a deal because it was a free 6 piece from my points and instead I recieved a 4. Lol I'm surely not going to complain about free food! The other time, my fiance ordered a large fry and it was a tad crunchy dry, they hopped on it so quick and fixed it! There's not many instances of them fixing problems as they usually get it right the first time! I haven't frequented another location in over a year!I don't know if management reads this but in the drive through, service inside, and pick up (as a dasher & customer) they really do make my life easier!I can't help but give them their props ? please keep up the excellent work and know it is super refreshing to see smiling faces. Thank You!I am truly happy for this edition in our area! Again, I can't possibly see why they'd have a score less than a 4.5 as they are really attentive and great at customer service! If you're super loyal to a different local location I'd take a chance and give this branch a try, it's worth it! ?Also, the rumor about the fries is true! The days of shoving fries down your face before they get cold are OVER. I find myself often dropping in to use my app and get any size fry for $1.19. I was surprised by the flavor and retention. They taste better and last longer than Wendy's who claims to have a new method for keeping their fries warm.(Brace yourself I'm getting ready to brag about thier tea ?)Also, thier sweet Tea TASTES like sweet tea. Yet another reason to give this location a try. It's not too sweet but you're definitely not wondering where the sugar is which leaves you with a pleasant drinking experience. What most branches don't realize is this gives customers the OPTION to request 1/2 sweet- 1/2 unsweet if they want a partially sweetened tea. This is how it used to taste back in the day when they (McD's in general) had Styrofoam cups. I haven't found a branch in the area who can rival with the way they make their tea!Oh yeah the cookies! There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered cookies and I was asked to pull into a drive through wait area. (If you are asked to do this, please DON'T get frustrated. Think of it like a fast food VIP ? ? You are likely going to be met with some of the Hottest fresh FOOD you can get here). Then after about 2 or 4 minutes a nice employee strolls out and informs me to be careful the cookies are hot and very soft ?. The last time I got them they were layed out on a big breakfast tray beautifully. As i write this I realize it sounds as if I am talking abot a fine dining establishment and promise I'm not making this up. They are just really good here and I ENJOY coming here not as a "I'm hungry and i just need food choice" , but as a "Hmmm let's get some fast food tonight and we pick here."It reminds me of when I was younger and McDonalds was a treat. Ok, I'm done ranting and raving.Just try it! Lol“
“The food is very tasty with lots of options. They have multiple locations in the area operating under the name of Aracocia. One recommendation I would make is to unify the names across all the locations to create a better brand recognition.Vegetarian options: Being a vegetarian, I didn’t have any problems finding something great to eat!“
“I love Hangry Burger! As a newly diagnosed celiac, I am so grateful for Hangry Burger's food philosophy (no wheat flour). This is one place I don't have to worry about cross contamination.Having been in to the location twice (vs the countless other times I've ordered delivery), the service in the restaurant is phenomenal. Very friendly and welcoming!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“When I first came to Shah’s, I did not know if it would be better than the competition. After taking my first bite, I instantly knew, that shahs halal was the greatest things Allah has ever created. Easily the greatest chicken and lamb platter I have ever had in my life. The greatest.“
“What a fantastic place to host a happy hour for teachers. The ambiance was nice and relaxing after a tough week. The food was delicious, and the services were outstanding. I must thank our bartender, Richie, for his knowledge and creative mixology and the manager, Juliet, for being approachable and welcoming questions. They treated us like we were part of the family. Thanks Ted's we will be back.“
“The hard part is parking but there is a parking garage across the street. This is for eating outside so if the weather is good then it’s great to catch a quick bite. Service is a cashier or kiosk, but remember, it’s a quick bite with friends. The food is good but can get a little messy ( mostly sandwiches), but there’s a public restroom nearby to wash your hands. Both the Virginia honey butter chicken sandwich and duck fat fries are flavorful.“
“Impromptu momma son dinner date, I let my son pick the restaurant and this place did not disappoint. The inside was small but nicely decorated, the service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was great. The server made great suggestions and was really friendly, the wings and bacon appetizer were delicious! We have found our new wing place and look forward to going again soon.“
“I don’t go very often (it costs a pretty penny) but I never have a problem when I order there. I usually would get just the shakes, which are soy-free, and aren’t heavy on the coconut milk like a lot of vegan products are, and I believe it’s free of canola oil based off the allergen list, but not sure. (Tried finding what’s used and only concluded potato protein is used.) I also like the Meati chicken sandwiches; they’re pretty good. Definitely not the same flavor as meat, but flavored well enough and does deliver protein (mycoprotein) and less ingredients than the beyond burger base (and a nice alternative for those who have issues with pea protein like me). Also the green bean fries were phenomenal, though I didn’t taste the horseradish much in the horseradish sauce. But yeah overall, I’ve been consistently pleased.“
“Our server was so nice to make out of the menu recommendations that are truly yummy like the " bad" pizza (spicy version of good). It made all the difference between tasting something good to something really delicious to your taste!“
“If you are in the Fairfax area, Bebop is a must-try. I really like their selections of bulgogi burgers, the bulgogi rice bowl with purple rice, and the ambience of the restaurant, which is decorated with old music albums. Friendly service. I would also recommend trying out their turkey bacon topping on their burger.Overall, this is a great place if you are looking to try an unique type of burger, and if you are a fan of bulgogi like I am.Dietary restrictions: Turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. Can accommodate with some of the toppings, but definitely ask the server.Parking: It is in a shopping center right by Party City.“
“My first time here!I tried Big Spicy Korean cheesesteak, Korean bbq wings and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. They were so fresh and delicious that I ordered some for my husband at work. I will definitely come back with my husband very soon!“
“Ballston Local is not just a restaurant; it's a beacon of culinary delight, casting a warm and welcoming glow over the neighborhood. With its super friendly service and an atmosphere as inviting as a family gathering, this spot is a testament to the joy of shared plates and hearty conversations. Our culinary journey at Ballston Local was nothing short of a gastronomic festival, celebrating the finest in casual dining with a twist of sophistication. The Mama's Meatballs, nestled in herbed ricotta and accompanied by perfectly grilled garlic bread, were so tender and flavorful as if every bite whispers a secret recipe passed down through generations, served with a dollop of love. The Caprese Crostini was a symphony of flavors, harmonizing the saltiness of prosciutto with the freshness of tomato and arugula, all elevated by a drizzle of balsamic reduction that danced on the palate. It wasn't just an appetizer; it was an aria, sung by the ingredients in perfect pitch.Pizza lovers, rejoice, for the Sausage & Roni Pizza is a masterpiece of dough, cheese, and cured meats. The blend of pepperoni, Italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan, and basil was a testament to the power of simple ingredients coming together to create something magical. Each slice was a ticket to an Italian countryside. The Italian Pork Store Special sandwich was a hearty homage to the classic Italian deli experience, with layers of prosciutto, sopressatta, ham, and fresh mozzarella, accented by roasted peppers and arugula, then kissed with vinaigrette. It was a hearty handheld feast that transported us straight to the streets of Rome, one savory bite at a time. And then, there was the Blumont Burger, a burger behemoth that stood tall and proud. The caramelized onions, gorgonzola, arugula, and bacon came together in a beautiful, messy, glorious union, all slathered in burger sauce that could only be described as "nectar of the gods." It was the kind of burger that demands your attention, commanding the stage with the poise of a seasoned actor. I'm not usually a fan of blue cheeses, but I would come back for this. The beverage menu at Ballston Local was a parade of liquid joy. From a beer and wine list that is both satisfying and inviting to a fun and tasty cocktail menu that sparked conversation and laughter like the "Spa Day" made with gin, lavender simple syrup, and lime juice sparkling with gold flakes, every sip was a celebration of good taste and great company.Overall, Ballston Local, in essence, is more than a restaurant--It's a place where every dish is a discovery, every drink a delight, and every visit a return to a place where you're always welcome.“
“Came here for just a shot after work and ended up in a great places with great food.My bartender dimitri was honestly the best. He took care of me and my friends the whole time one of the best servers/bartenders I’ve had yet. I’ll definitely be back!“
“Great experience from the staff to the food the owner was working in his own restaurant taking orders you don’t see that much anymore very polite and respectful friendly and the food is amazing nice place to come to for a variety of food plus it was clean“
“If you want high quality service, fast, cheap, and delicious food this is the place to go! I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was so good, the chicken was cooked fresh and it had a crunch that made it so enjoyable to eat. The Greek salad is simple but taste fresh. My friend got the steak sub and it taste better than most restaurants, meat had lots of flavor. The owner of the restaurant is a friendly nice man. Restaurant is very clean and food comes out fast.“
“Been here twice now and I'm obsessed! I tried the animal the first time and honey butter tots. Both are a 10/10! However the animal is HUGE and to be honest all the sandwiches are pretty big so definitely worth your penny. 2nd time I came, I got the Abe foreman (sausage) and the cinnamon sugar tots. My boyfriend loved them so much he had me go back up to get more! Cashiers are always nice, even when it's busy. The National Landing is such a cute concept with easy access to great food and drink options!“
“We recently had date night at Ballston Quarter Market and sampled through several establishments. This one was our favorite. The short rib sandwich is deeeelicious and packed with flavor! The ancho-braised & pulled short rib was so tender and juicy. It paired really well with the bitter arugula and creamy avocado. I also really liked the bread, which sandwiched all the fillings together perfectly and without any of the filling spilling out. I got the waffle fries as a side and they were crispy and perfect potato-to-fry ratio. We also tried the sangrias - red for him and white for me. This was a blend of wine, brandy, passion fruit, lemon, simple syrup and aromatic bitters. Very refreshing and delicious as well. Will definitely be back!“
“I ordered my burger online which was ready on time. The representative was very respectful and professional, but personable. They made me feel as my business was important and a priority This was my first visit, definitely the first of many more to come! The food tastes wonderful, cooked to perfection, just as I ordered I recommend the Burger Joint to all meat lovers“
“Can't comment on Atmosphere since we only waited for Takeout. Time from ordering to getting our ToGo was about 15-20 minutes and as expected for getting 2 dozen wings! It's not a high menu, basically wings and select sandwiches. Definitely some of the best wings I've had down in this part of West Alexandria! Check them out, nice little tucked away place.Parking: Not a big place for Dine-in, and some very limited seating outside.“
“My husband & I tried the steak & cheese for the first time tonight (2/28) & it was THE BEST! The meat was very flavored & seasoned! When my husband went in to get the order he said everyone was very nice. Highly recommend this place! We will be back again soon & will be trying that Baklava for sure!“
“The Marvolo and the Marvoloso stouts are great... but they are gone. The Irish style sweet stout is pretty good, though. There are plenty of IPAs which IPA drinkers seem to really enjoy as well. I wish they allowed customization of their pizzas.. a fennel sausage and pepperoni would be awesome. They would really benefit from an acoustic study of the space. The design of the vintage concrete ceiling creates a massive amount of resonance which makes it easy to hear everything everywhere all at once. Super difficult for folks with any audio processing disorder.“
“Loved their burgers. But they always forget to make the shake. I shouldn't have to remind them, and if I finish my meal and remind someone his priority should be to get my shake, not do other stuff. And if I have to remind you a second time, the same.“
“Great service, good food, our every Sunday for lunch place. The restaurant is clean and neat, well organized with quick bus boys who turn tables around fast. The hostess is friendly and attentive. Wait staff are all very good at their jobs and make sure food and drinks are delivered just the way you want them. Food offerings include pizza, subs, sandwiches, Italian, Greek, and American favorites. Salads are huge and delicious. Prices are very reasonable.“
“I live close by and was craving for a good burger for dinner. I decided to try out ted’s because I never tried bison meat before. It was spectacular especially the service because I was not wearing the best clothes since it was a last minute decision and the restaurant was about to close. I was expecting a not-so good service because of it but Fred was amazing. He told us about the history of the menu and I came back the next day.“
“Hidden gem in Springfield. Very clean and the wait staff was very attentive. We had the cheese steak, wings and Chicken Marsala and it was all very tasty and good. The live music by Diamond Alley was very fun. A good time was had by all!“
“The burger was cooked well done as ordered, and was also smokey and flavorful. I would definitely return for the burgers and the chicken sandwiches. The regular fries were thinly cut and crispy. The Parmesan truffle fries my daughter ordered on the other hand were limp, too fatty and greasy. We ended up leaving most of them. The lemonade slushie was syrupy and very much artificially flavored for $8 a cup we paid. Save your money and stick to soda or the other fountain drinks. Will try the bowls next time.“
“Trust me when I say you won't find better Ozzie rolls in town, unless you go across the street to Mike's. As part of the Great American restaurant group you know the food is going to taste amazing! My favorite meal is a burger, fries and the LARGE triple lemon cupcake!“
“Absolutely amazing food! Greek burger tastes fresh and homemade, fries were loaded with flavor, and the milkshakes were truly delicious. Plus, the military discount is nice, but even without that, I would come back anyway. It's hard to find a good burger today, I mean a truly good burger.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, and all of it clearly labeled so you know exactly what you're getting. None of those mystery veggie patties here!“
“Im so excited about this place, i was devastated when Dos Amigos closed in Springfield, found out this morning out of desperation of why it closed that Dos Hermanos was opened with the same amazing Management from the Springfield location and immediately rushed over for lunch. This is what I have been missing in my life and Im so excited as everything is just as amazing from the food to the customer service. This is my now go to spot and I will be a repeated customer with all my family!!!!“
“Really great Ihop. So many great options on the menu, and servers are always willing to work with accommodating pork-free options. I've tried a plethora of dishes here since I've been coming to this restaurant for years now, but my personal favorite would probably be the pot roast on the menu for lunch, and the chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. The turkey bacon with eggs are also pretty good, in addition to the steak and eggs.“
“Full disclosure: Five Guys is not my favorite burger. But it's reliable and easy and inexpensive to feed a whole family. Compared to other Five Guys', this one is fast and the service was friendlier.Parking: It's a bit tricky to get into because the main roadway traffic moves fast, and there is a barricade if you want to come in through the side road. But there are plenty of spaces.“
“Freddy's is often compared to In-N-Out for its similar focus on burgers, but with its own unique twist. Their thin, crispy fries and custard shakes are also popular. Freddy's typically earns praise for its fresh ingredients and classic American flavors. However, some might find the menu slightly limited compared to In-N-Out. Overall, if you're looking for a tasty burger spot reminiscent of In-N-Out, Freddy's is definitely worth a try.“
“It's a pizza and wing spot, nothing fancy. In fact the outside looks rundown and the inside doesn't look much better, that said, the food is just good! The pizza has a nice taste, nice cheese/sauce ratio and doesn't taste fake like most chain spots. The wings are good and flavorful, I only get buffalo and they will cook them hard if that's your preference which is nice if you like that crunch effect. It's just a whole in the wall spot that's good. Hasn't changed quality in years which says a lot.“
“I was pleasantly surprised at how good this spot was! I got one of their regular cheeseburgers and it was really good. I did a pick up order but the inside was clean and there's tons of seating. The burger 9/10 - meaty and delicious also filling The string fries - they weren't super skinny but still very delicious 8/10 The service was good, my food was ready on time. Overall, great lunch spot! I'll definitely be going back. Also, the prices aren't too crazy depending on the type of burger you order.“
“Big Buns in Arlington, VA is where it's at! The place has this cool vibe going on – you walk in, and you just know you're in for a good time. The food? Man, they've got all kinds of stuff on the menu. Burgers that'll make your mouth water, and they even have this insane Unicorn shake for dessert – it's like something out of a dream. And don't even get me started on the drinks. They've got some seriously killer cocktails that'll knock your socks off. Oh, and did I mention the location? It's smack dab in the middle of Arlington, so it's super easy to get to. And the service? A+. The staff is friendly, and fast. So yeah, if you're in the mood for some good eats and a chill vibe, you gotta hit up Big Buns. Trust me, you won't regret it“
“Great food good service a very well good experience here staff are very friendly and helpful great food never had no bad experience at this location you will enjoy it very much highly recommendedKid-friendliness: Have a good kids menu here and this is good location of this restaurantWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair insurance and wheelchair tables and handicap accessible“
“Had a work event their in the morning and I had the Gluten Free pancakes with Dulce De Leche and bananas added to it and the Willy Wonka strawberry hot chocolate. Everything was delicious. Service was decent.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options“
“This is a relaxed, family friendly spot for good burgers! We've gone about 2-3 times and it's always a great time. Food: We've tried a few different options and all were delicious. - The Hangover: Its a good brunch type burger with with hash brown, eggs and bacon. But if you don't want a slightly messy burger, I would skip it. I personally love it! - The Hot Mess: Another food messy burger! I enjoyed the overall taste but the Mac and cheese was a bit bland. However in the burger it was still tasty. - The Southerners: This is a solid go to burger! The pjmento cheese and fried green tomato is beyond delicious and the burger is always so juicy. - Fries and onion rings: Standard but delicious! - Honorary mention: Cajun Remoloade and Old Bag Aoili were great! I was a bit unsure if I wanted to pay for sauce but it was worth it. Service was relatively quick but I've also only been when it wasn't super busy. Parking can be a bit tough so just ride around and be patient.“
“the food was as average as expected...I would have liked a server who had a better grasp of English but I understand help is hard to find...Parking: It's a plaza, plenty of parking which is why we went there... and only why. It's the DC area after all“
“Yo! this place needs to be everywhere! Seafood was banging. Spent more than desired but well worth it. The scallops on point shrimp home run! You can sit down and enjoy,I couldn't wait. Saw this spot on Google Maps saw the images I finally dashed. If you want good seafood they kill the game!“
“Looking for a place to eat and found this gem. The prices are fair and the food is exquisite. The restaurant is practically spotless. The service was friendly, inviting and warm. I strongly recommend anyone eat here especially if you love retro 50s style dining.“
“The food was very good. I had the soup if the day. It was a black bean chilli was big pieces of smoked meat and topped with cheese and red onion. Delicious! The collards greens were tender but over seasoned with vinager. I was definitely go back for the chili!“
“I'm so amazed to see an IHOP so close to my house offering Halal Menu for Ramadan!!! I would highly encourage muslim families to visit this location so that they can start offering Halal menu items post Ramadan as well. Highly satisfied with my visit! Thanks team!!!Dietary restrictions: Halal Menu for Ramadan!“
“Cute place, loved the decor and all of the lights. the atmosphere was great and the bartenders were super nice. we sat at the bar and they made sure to ask your name and gave you theirs. checked in often and made sure we thought everything was good. there were a ton of options for food which was great, especially for picky eaters! the only negative I would say is it is a small place. obviously the size is out of the restaurants control but it made the space feel a little tight. I would definitely go again and recommend for anyone in the area who wants something simple and good!“
“Unfortunately for regular customers, this place books 3 tour busses at lunch on a regular basis. There is no room to sit even if u could order food. Great for the owner to have so many customers from busses, but for non tour bus people like me, you have to find somewhere else to go.“
“Clean, well organized, and the staff here are always on top of it! My family comes here all the time, and every time my experience has been great. Reyna and Marc have been my two favorite servers. The food has always come out hot, fresh and well executed, which obviously make it delicious.Vegetarian options: Omelets are great for vegetarians, and of course pancakes!“
“This is one of my favorite places to eat in Crystal City. Their burgers are solid, but I always go for their Caesar salad. Their herbed fries are really tasty, and their ketchup mayonnaise dipping bar is fantastic. Go on your birthday and you get a free milkshake.“
“I was on my way back home with my family and we decided to have dinner at Victor's grill it was our first time I highly recommend ? if you are a Bolivian/argentina food lover it's really good the steaks is on point and perfectly cook on temperature we ask for. ? and the chimichuri was a ? if you are around backlick or Leesburg.. you should try out!“
“I came here with a relative of mine and let me tell you WE BOTH WANTED TO CRY FROM JOY AND DELICIOUSNESS!!! It was the best burger ever!! Our hearts couldn’t believe how mind blowing the burgers were! Then comes the Affogato dessert it was heaven we will be coming here more often as our 5 star restaurant ?“
“I’ve gone here a couple of times whenever I’m craving some Wendy’s, and I must say that I’m impressed!I order through the app and get to the store in around 10 minutes, and each time I get here my food is ready or will be ready shortly after I arrive. The food is good, especially the fries when they are served hot and fresh. I typically wouldn’t recommend the fries since I used to order Wendy’s through delivery, but ordering in store or pick-up is much better since the fries are not cold. The customer service was excellent when I came here for Lent. The employee asked if anyone had a mobile order, which I did and she gave me my order immediately after I told her my name. Her attitude was great and welcoming! The lobby is always spacious and clean, good presentation. There is also a nice “campfire” area if you just want to sit and relax.Overall, I would recommend going here for a quick bite or dining in with family and friends!“
