My husband typed in "gluten-free cupcakes near me" on his phone and found Indulge. A pleasant voice on the phone said they had a gluten-free carrot "muffin" (later, looking at the menu, I saw that it was also "vegan"). We were able to pick up a dozen. She was so surprised. Ate one myself: unbelievably moist and flavorful, great mouth feel, heavenly cream cheese icing (which I doubt was vegan, but I'm sure that you could pre-order without). I can't wait to check out the rest of their menu!“
