“My daughter never considered CNU as it was simply too far a drive from home (2 hours further than her current school). That was the only reason...more than 6 1/2 hours from where we are in Jersey was just too far. We actually came down to campus last spring for her spring track conference championships. Wifey and I were blown away At this beautiful and immaculately groomed campus. It was like something out of a movie...everything in bloom and not a blade of grass seemed to be out of place. There seemed to be a lot to do around the campus and off campus, a bunch of great places to eat, and it seemed like a pretty safe area. I don't know about their academic offerings, but CNU has an amazingly strong athletic program and the teams seem to solidly support each other. Pretty good deal for in-state tuition too.“
“The food varies depending on what meal you are getting (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I prefer breakfast. I also prefer the service at breakfast. The salad sometimes is not very fresh. It looks like it's been frozen and then thawed. It gets rubbery or slimey. Now, I will say that at some times the food is very good. There usually is plenty of seating.“
“The best Chinese Buffet I have found on the peninsula. The food is pretty consistent here, and the staff are always friendly. They have Sushi and Mongolian options along with a Salad and Fruit bar. There are nuggets, fries and mac & cheese options for the picky kiddos. There are good Chinese food options as well as some Seafood options if you like that. My hubby raves on their Spareribs. My daughter is fond on the Mongolian since she can make her own creation. You can't beat it for the price for all you can eat. I would recommend.“
