I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff is always sweet to me and they actually get to know who you are if you’re a regular. Sometimes my burgers taste funny, but that only happened once or twice. But for the most part, the food is really amazing and the staff are too. Y’all should go there and experience this for yourself.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered two kids meals, one with fries and one with onion rings. I just happened to check after they gave me the order, I was going to have an onion ring and there was none to be found. And get my onion rings. They did give me two orders of fries, however. The associate was not friendly. The sandwich was not even wrapped up fully. It was totally open on one end and there was fries all in the bag instead of in there Fry container.Customer service since COVID is that an all-time low? And that's a shame. Not just here but everywhere.
I recently ordered a whopper jr food was ok but different I swear when I open the sandwich the meat didn't look like a beef patty. It actually resembled a boca burger patty. I hope they didn't alter the patties to meatless and not advertise that. It would really be wrong to not to inform patrons.
