This was a great restaurant experience. Very clean and the decor is wonderful. ? The service was excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly. Hot pot 757, Newport News, VA has something for everyone. Came here with my husband (never had hot pot) and mother in law (never had KBBQ or hot pot). The wait was about an hour (they told us (1.5 hours) unfortunately you can’t make reservations.Staff was nice, our server Jeff was attentive and friendly. Food came out immediately. The customer service was great. Our server Theresa was very nice, attentive and informational. The staff there are on point with bringing the food out fast. The food is fresh and there are many options. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others. I like this location better than Virginia Beach. Great experience!!
