They fooled me with a large parking lot and a picnic table, but they only have drive-thru service. The donuts were good.

Probably the slowest drive thru in town. I could get to the Starbucks in Tech Center and get back faster than sitting in this line. Im curious when fast food stopped being fast.

Everybody there had exceptional customer service. Natasha was very nice at the window. Bri was also very nice she made sure that my order was correct and fresh. My food was delicious and my coffee was fresh and hot. I will continue to come to this

My order was made wrong. I always come to this location and my order is always correct and customer service is great. This morning I had a rude worker. I don’t understand how a worker can be mad that I asked nicely can my drink be made again. I get the same thing all the time and know how it is supposed to taste.

Worse experience I ever had! They have the drive thru and mobile orders in the same line...causing a hold up. Then when I was finally able to get to window to get my ordered that I placed online, they asked me what I had ordered. What was the point of placing an online order? They started getting my order together and my coffee and box of donuts had icing all over. The male working the counter had plastic gloves on with icing all over them and it transferred. Therefore, that made a mess in my car.

They have really kind people that work here who make sure that our coffees are good even remake them with no issue. But I came today on sep 17 around 3:50pm omw to work and as someone who use to work for Dunkin it's a shame they still have people literally alone working towards later on during the day. It's wrong to the employee and wrong to the customers. Upper management/owner get it together.

This has to be the worst fast food style place I have ever been too, insanely rude drive through staff . Literally has a nasty additude the whole time and no matter how many times I told them thank you or have a good day they would just stare and continue with the attitude . Then a 15 minute wait for 2 donuts and 2 coffees that came out cold and gross . Do not come here . Ever . I’d rather go hungry then come here ever again

Terrible. Just left a 15$ order because an online order that I made 25 min prior to coming was not ready from the coffee to the food nothing was ready this is the 3rd time. There shouldn't be anyone on the phone if you're behind in orders drastically an there was. Tighten up!!!
