My order was made wrong. I always come to this location and my order is always correct and customer service is great. This morning I had a rude worker. I don’t understand how a worker can be mad that I asked nicely can my drink be made again. I get the same thing all the time and know how it is supposed to taste.
Worse experience I ever had! They have the drive thru and mobile orders in the same line...causing a hold up. Then when I was finally able to get to window to get my ordered that I placed online, they asked me what I had ordered. What was the point of placing an online order? They started getting my order together and my coffee and box of donuts had icing all over. The male working the counter had plastic gloves on with icing all over them and it transferred.
