Ordered 2 famous star burgers and a large fry with cheese lettuce and tomato and when I got home there were 2 burgers with cheese and sauce only. Had to drive 3 miles back to get correct order and ended up with dry sandwiches and no fries as they were already cold. I am very upset with this store as it it uncoordinated and poorly run. Used to like Hardee's but would rather go elsewhere now. This review is for the Hardee's on Denbigh Blvd. in Newport News, VA.

I've been frequenting this Hardee's for at least 20 years. Today I have received the worst service ever from this specific Hardee's. From messing up my order 3 times, Lisa and employees cursing at the register, and the list goes on. I was told there would be a 15min wait for fresh biscuits to be made, which I was fine with, however, I ended up waiting over 40 minutes to receive my first incorrect order. I waited so long for my order to be corrected that my initial order of food became cold. Lisa was nasty to both me, and the customers behind me. I truly believe the entire staff reflects off of Lisa and her toxic behavior. I can see why this location has gone down hill within the last few years.

I ordered the 2 for $5 sausage and egg biscuit and two cinnamon 'n raisin biscuits. I got to work and opened up the cinnamon and raisin biscuits and only had a drizzle of icing on them. These are supposed to be dripping in icing and they are dry without it. Furthermore, I tried calling the store to let them know and no one will answer the phone. There was no one in the store or drive-thru when I went thru, so you aren't busy. Very poor customer service, will never go back again!!!
Employees are not friendly and create an odd environment as you feel you need to walk on eggshells to get service. Food took a very long time and wasn’t even fresh. Chicken tenders tasted old and greasy and were cold. The dining room was dirty as well. I would not recommend coming here. The one in Yorktown has much better service and the food quality is better.
