I ordered the 2 for $5 sausage and egg biscuit and two cinnamon 'n raisin biscuits. I got to work and opened up the cinnamon and raisin biscuits and only had a drizzle of icing on them. These are supposed to be dripping in icing and they are dry without it. Furthermore, I tried calling the store to let them know and no one will answer the phone. There was no one in the store or drive-thru when I went thru, so you aren't busy. Very poor customer service, will never go back again!!!

Said I wasn't going back to Hardees but was "starvin'" and it was nearest place. Thought since NOT Newmarket Hardees would be ok..thought??Good food. Non-service service (seems to be Hardees trend) Atmosphere doesn't exist when ridiculous wait time for food!! Hardly anyone else there--hate to see if it was!!Don't know if food was as good as I thought or bcuz I was so hungry so giving benefit of the doubt w/ that rating. No more Hardees for real

What an amazing and enjoyable experience. Excellent staff! Way to go! A very clean environment and sweet tea is always, on point. A true southerner will not be disappointed. No city water in that tea. Your hospitality is appreciated because your people have heart and you brighten my day every time I visit you. You are all appreciated. Thank you.
