I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY AND THE MANAGER WOULD NOT COMP OR TAKE ANYTHING OFF OUR MEALS. They are money hungry and do not value their customers. The grill was not working when we arrived and were moved to another table. there is a little silver piece that he told the cook not to move or the grill will be cut off. we waited over a hour for our food. food was made out of order...we were supposed to get the whole experience and did not get any fire or volcanos. WOULE NOT RECOMMEND, please go to tokyo in hampton off coliseum drive vs here... this place is horrible.

This is a nice place and atmosphere. The food is good but a to go order is not the same amount of food as the dine in option. I also had a problem eating in and doing a to go order as well. They did not want to do a to go order for a party of 16. I was told it was too many orders.This did not make since. It took forever to get this straight.

I enjoy this restaurant. It's always a great experience. Their adult beverages are really good, too. I always eat on the grill side. I love the show of the hibachi. It's always good time.
