The customer service I receive at this McDonald's is impeccable. The gentleman running the drive through are so kind and efficient even at 6 in the morning. I didn't catch the gentleman running the cash registers name but he called me by name after he swiped my card and had a mask on and the gentleman that handed me my food asked me if I needed any condiments I believe his nametag said Tracey. I had the best experience at this McDonalds location, its' been a week since I visited and I had to make sure that they were publicly recognized. The General Manager, Shameka, made sure I had the easiest order experience. I had over 12 orders 5 mins before dinner time and she went above and beyond to make sure that each meal was bagged individually. Fries were hot, haven’t tried burgers yet. But the attitude from Nat or Nate was enough to almost want me to ask for a refund. Literally shoving drinks and bags to me as I’m packing the stuff into my car, I understand it’s lunch time and a rush but the attitude was terrible, do better.
