Perhaps it had more to do with the time at which I visited than the actual quality of the restaurant. But the service I received was very lackluster and painfully slow. Also the amount of toppings on the pizza was really not great. None of them were missed, but the amounts were pretty ungenerous. Nevertheless, the pizza was well cooked and I did receive everything on it which I had ordered. I just can't recommend doing online pickup for this location.

We love MOD pizza, and this was the first time we've ever been to this location before. While our pizzas came out delicious, the team member who assembled our food left very little to be desired. He was very very quiet, which is fine, but I think he said all of 5 words to us the entire time. When it came to actually assembling the food, he didn't change his gloves between my pizza and my husband's which became very apparent as mine required the team member to grab garlic and artichokes with his hand and then he proceeded to take the same hands to grab cheese and pepperoni directly from the bins. My husband hates both the heavy taste of garlic AND artichokes but we just gave each other a look and carried on. Aside from that, he moved very slowly and never asked if we wanted anything else, just moved on. We did see him change his gloves before he helped the next guests so that made me feel better about it. The team member who put our pizzas in the oven and checked us out was very speedy and personable, which made the experience better. He talked to everyone coming in and out of the store, and had a smile on his face. Overall, the food was good and the service was okay.

Should take “superfast” out of the name, the lady working today is the slowest person I’ve ever seen do any kind of work, ever. I am the only person standing in line, she greets me and proceeds to start prepping other things before taking my order. Is it hard to put my order in the oven since it takes time to cook, then prep other stuff while waiting? Instead of making a customer wait to order, then wait for it to cook? For her, yes. Wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have a spare 30 min to wait for slooooooooow lady.

OMG This was my First time in MOD Pizza and it was Soooo Good.. The gentlemen making the pizza explained to me exactly how to assemble my pizza.. He was very Nice.. The Young Lady that was Helping Him She Also was Very Sweet her Vibe was Nice She Loved my Smile!!.. She Also told me about this sauce that I put on my pizza and it was amazing it made it even better.. All i can say is Keep up the Great work and Good Vibes i will be Back!!.. Oh i almost forgot the Fresh lemonades were Amazing..

I got a barbecue pizza last night to have for lunch today. I warmed the pizza up and took a bite of it was soggy the dough was undercooked. So disappointed!!!!

Just had a salad delivered and it was excellent! My new go to for dinner. Their garlic cheeses bread is pretty good as well.
My kids love MOD pizza but we just can't come here anymore. There is no leadership and never more than 3 teenagers disjointedly working through orders any evening we try. We've stood in line for 20minutes as the only customers in the store while they fill online orders. Then we made an online order and waited an extra 40 minutes to get that filled while they served people in line. Can't win, won't be back. Ps if you do come here, dress warmly it is absolutely freezing in the dining area year round

First time here and this was a solid experience. Food was very good. I enjoyed the Dillon James pizza which has fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, red sauce mozzarella and Asiago cheese. The mini size was perfect for me and the crust was nice and thin. Husband enjoys a thicker crust so he got the thick crust and a create your own. It's fun that you can walk down the line and specify exactly what you want or go with one of their signature creations like I did. My husband also got one of their classic salads where I walked down the line and customized my salad. You basically can do the same thing like you do for your pizza but with all the salad toppings. Only issue was that it seems that they are a little under-staffed so service was a little slow. It was right at 12:00 so prime lunch time and only one person was manning the counter and one doing the register and getting pizzas in. The people working there were kind. Also salads could have more lettuce. Plenty of seating inside for people wishing to eat in and they also have plates you can grab to eat your pizza off of. Nice touch!
