The staff didn't seem to care to be there and were impatient to my elderly mother who had trouble hearing their questions. The food was bland, steak was chewy, and guacamole tasted weird. The staff was loud and yelling at each other while we dined. And they charged me twice! I tried calling to get my money back for the double charge and I was told they'd call me back. That was eight hours ago.

I would give zero stars if I could.Terrible atmosphere. The employees working the line barely bothered to greet patrons coming in. This was my first time at Moes. I was getting a salad bowl. The lettuce the guy was about to serve me was a nasty brown pink. I felt so rushed in ordering. I was waiting to be prompted but was just told to “hurry up” . Mind you I had never been so some of the toppings I was unsure of what they were and nothing was marked . After my husband and I ordered and paid we went to go grab a table. The tables were very dirty. The drink machine was filthy , there was no mat down so there was melted ice all over the floor, there were fruit flies all around the salsa station, and the floors were so sticky. You could tell the floors have not been thoroughly been cleaned in a while. I had some leftovers so I went & asked for a lid to take my food home. They told me they didn’t have lids and offered me nothing. So I took the foil off my tray.0/10.You can tell this Moes does not” strive for excellence” ….. not even close.I will never return to this location in NN. Don’t know when I’ll have Moes again at this point.

I went there for dinner last night and was highly disappointed. This was before 9:00 PM on a Saturday night, they had chairs stacked on top of tables as if the place was about to close. Who manages this location?? And who does the hiring?? Not one of the employees greets the patrons that are coming in to grab a bite to eat. I attempted to place an order but none of the employees communicate with you, they just stare at you like you're bothering them. The service at this location is trash and I will never visit again. Don't waste your time orMoney here. TRASH

My son and I ordered nachos which came to 42.00. Very surprised at what you get. For that much, we could of got a steak dinner. Definitely overpriced and nothing like the pictures. Very disappointed. Last time eating at Moe's.

Just so disappointed with this location. Especially after management has changed. Since last few months I am leaving disappointed without food. Everytime we go there they are out of multiple things. They just ask each other to prepare some and nobody initiate to prep more. They just tell you they’re out. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Please hire better people who values customer service.

I lived in Atlanta, where the original Moe's is. This Moe's in Newport News IS NOT up to par! I walked in, no "welcome to Moe's!" Then, a male worker said "be with you in a minute." He went in the back and stayed there. The lady cooking chicken just kept cooking. After 3 or 5 minutes, I got the message and left. Worse service ever!

I went into the store at 8pm, they close at 9pm. Upon entering, the 6 workers were all arguing and took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me (I was the only customer). They took my order and while the person was making my quesadilla, her hair got in it multiple times (her hair was easily longer than her waist) and no hair net was worn. It dipped in my food and the containers of food on the counter. Right before she went to put my quesadilla on the grill, one of the other workers put water on it to clean and stated "I don't care, we close at 9 so I'm leaving at 9"... mind you it was 8pm... So they stood there arguing for a minute while food was actively falling out of the quesadilla. When I went to pay, the person working the register didn't even acknowledge me. He also did not charge me for my drink when I asked for one and even stated he didn't charge. Not only was this a poor experience for me, it is also losing them money and business. In the end, I was in there for 15 minutes and left with an uncooked quesadilla and a headache. I recommend training on professionalism and sanitation. Will not be returning :(

Ask for extra rice because they can't even correctly fill the bowl n bottom up. They roll their eyes ?. Like quit if you hate your job. Literally they suck

Girl at the start that sets your burrito up or whatever was rude for no reason very pushy and seemed like she hates her life. The guy with long hair and tattoos was super cool. I love moes food and i could drink the queso but the employee needs to check the attitude.Parking: I park across the street and walk over.
