The worst customer service EVER!!!!!! I went there as I work in the mall I noticed that the employees there the Korean ppl that work there pretty much all the time got upset with me because I asked them to washed there hands before preparing my food, they stick the napkin on top of ur OPEN FOOD AFTER FIXING UR FOOD (without washing their hands) The guy that was working that day refuse service issue me a refund. Mocked me in front of customers ignored me and also was asking the other customers if he needed to wash his hands before putting the napkin in the bag, he did all of this while laughing and smiling. I recorded this incident and explained to him that he should be wearing gloves. He had open sores on his hands along with very dirty nails. I also had to get a cop to go back with me to get a copy of the receipt as he was ignoring me, and refusing to acknowledge what I was saying. Out of all the shops in the mall that serve pretzels this one is the most unsanitary unpleasant little pretzel shop that works and Patrick Henry mall such a disgrace to our community and our mall that people work there with food handling cards that don’t follow the procedure when it comes to serving the community and supporters.

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for about 9 years since I moved up here from North Carolina. They're just like the pretzels they have at the Pretzel Twister we had back home in NC. I won't order a pretzel from anywhere else. These are sooo GOOD! Thumbs up on the lemonade too. Love you guys.

Was not planning to stop since, quite frankly, I was used to a competitor's product, and didn't recognize the name. Glad I stopped. My pretzel bites were HOT and DELICIOUS! 👠Not surprised at the overall 5-star rating when I opened the website - and I'm adding my own.
