Katherine was our waitress and was amazing! She was hospitable and very caring. CJ is the manager and we asked to speak to her on Katherine’s behalf. She was amazing as well. Such a great experience!!!!

Tired of ordering food to pick up from here and the order is never right. Spent $150 plus and there were items missing again. Gave it another try and not going to again. I did not pick up my order, someone else did, so it's just frustrating to assume that getting a correct order is probable.

I grew up going to this Red Lobster, my mom would always take me as a teenager for lunch. Now I’m 33 and can with 100% confidence tell you my family will NEVER be returning. My mom warned me her food was bad when she went the previous time, but had to see it for my own eyes. So this was our final experience:1. Horrid smell throughout the entire restaurant.2. Wait time, the hostess did not take names and magically remembered us in order, surprisingly when parties that came after us complained they got seated before us.3. Wait time for food was so bad, but even worse they wanted me to choke on food apparently by giving us no drinks until after the food came.4. The waitress spilled my drink on my son, which was not her fault, however, avoiding our table as much as possible afterwards because she was embarrassed was. We had to flag the manager twice (for some water and then our replacement drink).5. Missing food items.6. The table to my left and right were both complaining so even us flagging the manager, we had to “wait our turn”.

Our family have a reservation today 4/13/2024 for our sister’s birthday celebration ❤️ All the staff are so accommodating and friendly, Ms. Kathryn and Autumn our server are both so sweet. Even the General Manager entertain us. Thank you all for making our sister’s birthday celebration so special and memorable ?We can recommend Red Lobster here at Jefferson to everyone ?God Bless to everyone ???
My mom and I went to Red Lobster in NN, VA on March 26. We arrived around 5:30. Shayla waited on us and she was awesome! She answered any questions, came back to check on us several times, and was kind and professional. I wanted to know her schedule so we could ask for her in the future; come to find out she was the day manager. I spoke with Dale (I believe the GM) before leaving. I wanted him to know that we were really pleased with our food and server. I hadn't been to that location for at least 10 years but won't hesitate to return.

Most restaurants today are having staffing troubles. Food is ok, not like it used to be. The quality and taste are just average and overpriced. You do better by going to a fish fry food vendor at a seafood festival. Way Overpriced for the quality and service

definitely not even worth the one star. saturday night we went, group of 4 around 8. again, SATURDAY night. there was nobody there eating other than a family who already had food and one guy with a bowl of soup. not busy AT ALL. seemed to be a pretty full staff given the lack of customers. took an hour and 15 minutes for our food. it came out cold, she didn’t know who had ordered what and was very confused as to what she was passing out, only gave one round of bread, no drink refills , our server and hostess were definitely high as a kite. once we got our food it was so late and we were so tired we asked for boxes and checks immediately, still took 15 minutes and she gave us all separate checks after asking how we want them split… manager gave a 20% discount but never once apologized, gave an explanation or anything. again, if it had been busy I would understand but we were basically the only table they were waiting on. unprofessional to say the least.

Has no sense of organization nor direction my party of 4 arrived at 1205 didn’t get drinks until 1:15 waiting over a hour. With the place only being half full. We did have a waiter in train but no one was allowed to help her even with her obviously being overwhelmed which is bad management in my opinion. At 1:27 we still have no food this place is not a team and under this management they will fail
