Really good customer service
Katherine was our waitress and was amazing! She was hospitable and very caring. CJ is the manager and we asked to speak to her on Katherine’s behalf. She was amazing as well. Such a great experience!!!!

I went to celebrate my birthday and wanted some Lobster. What a huge mistake! The waitress had a rude attitude and the Lobster fest meal was Lousy! I regret leaving a $10. Tip! Never again at the Newport News location! OH and there was a sickening smell coming from the floor/rug near my table.
