I am a 23 years membership, I have been given a ticket for handicapped parking which is not mark or no other sign that it was not fair I have park there for so many years and now your Assistant Manager she’s very very rude to me and showed her the parking and said to me that is my fault that I got caught,, she didn’t to treat me like that and I will make Sam’s Club to pay me 150 dollars. that I have paid for and I will help the others for them not to get a ticket.. Till you all do something about it. Manager you all have no right to look down on people or member like me.

Staff is super rude. Food court is always out of product and closes early. The store is unorganized from top to bottom. Management needs to tighten up on this store. This is honestly unacceptable.

Pro: this location has a larger selection & more variety than the Chesapeake Square location. Con: the associate that assisted us was rude. We used the self checkout, all open lanes were jam packed. I accidentally scanned an item we were purchasing twice. When it came time to pay for our huge purchase the computer stated we needed assistance from an associate. We couldn't locate one. Trying to not impede on the folks behind us, I briskly walked to the member service desk. Associate was helpful. By the time I got back another associate was within reach. We showed her what was going on. My husband made a funny remark about technology & computers. She stated, "I'm one cashier watching over 7 registers." Her remark & attitude was unwarranted. With so many places hiring (not just retail) maybe she should look for another job. He did not direct anything towards her or her work performance. Unacceptable representation on behalf of the Walton family.

Visited the store in Newport News a week ago at 9:30am. The store was closed until 10:00 for VIP plan members, which I didn't know and was okay with. I was going to sit on my car for 30 minutes and wait until 10:00 am. However, I needed to use the restrooms and was not allowed. I was told to walk accross the parking lot and to use the restrooms there. I offered the id checker to hold my drivers license and cell phone until I returned from the restrooms but he will not let me finish talking while telling me to walk to Walmart to use the restrooms. Will let membership expire in June.

I need Blinders when I walk into sams.. I go for couple items that I need around the house and next thing I know BAMmmm can hardly push my cart without things falling out.. Customer service can use some tweaking.. But it is what it it.. I can tell you one of the greatest inventions is Ap with the Scan and Go.. thats right you scan your items put them in the cart when your ready to leave to Slide the pay now and SKIP ALL THE LINES.. . truly that easy..

customer service! My daughter purchased a TV online to pick up at 5. Got at the store at 4 and someone canced the order. Now she has to wait until the money is back in the account. Manager said, sorry, they messed up ,but nothing he could do. It's been three days now. What happen to satisfied customers.

I love this Sams club. I have never been irritated with them until today. I have waited 25 min for a rotisserie and the lady came out and saw us waiting on her to take them out after the timer stopped. She came out added 15 min and did not even acknowledge any of us we noticed after she walked away she added 15 min. Where is the customer service to acknowledge us and say I apologize but they are not ready yet. I have a Sams, BJs and Costco card. Next time I need a Rotisserie I will just start at Costco so I won’t inconvenience the workers in the meat Dept at Sams. I’ve never had any issues except when I need something from the meat Dept.
