I am a 23 years membership, I have been given a ticket for handicapped parking which is not mark or no other sign that it was not fair I have park there for so many years and now your Assistant Manager she’s very very rude to me and showed her the parking and said to me that is my fault that I got caught,, she didn’t to treat me like that and I will make Sam’s Club to pay me 150 dollars. that I have paid for and I will help the others for them not to get a ticket.. I need Blinders when I walk into sams.. I go for couple items that I need around the house and next thing I know BAMmmm can hardly push my cart without things falling out.. Customer service can use some tweaking.. But it is what it it.. I can tell you one of the greatest inventions is Ap with the Scan and Go.. thats right you scan your items put them in the cart when your ready to leave to Slide the pay now and SKIP ALL THE LINES.. . truly that easy..
