As I was walking into the store, young man that works there was standing outside at the entrance smoking Marijuana. I asked the in store employee if that was standard practice. All she said is it's legal. So, it's not legal to smoke weed outside on city property and I do not see how letting employees smoke weed on the clock is Profesional. Will not return. I do not want stoned employees messing my food up. Such a disappointment. Never will return to that store.

Needed to cancel a pickup order made on the Subway app today (which needs to be done over the phone). I called twice - the first time went unanswered for about two minutes until someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, and the lady who picked up the phone the second time I called assumed I had made the order through DoorDash and kept insisting so and rudely telling me to cancel through DoorDash after I tried to correct her, before hanging up on me.I liked getting lunch from here because it's close to where I work, the food is good, and ordering ahead is very convenient and saves a lot of time, but now I'm starting to reconsider.

This review is for the weekly morning crew when i order online. For they are who my experience is with. These guys are FAST, PUNCTUAL, KIND, JOYOUS people. they make me want to buy a sub every day. I have been there quite a few times and have no complaints only compliments.

There is this older white guy here and he always ruins the order. I place mine online and come in to make sure its made right and hes here working. ?. He says its too late to order a meatball sub. I say you dont close for over 90 minutes. He says why does that matter. I tell him to just void it all out since he doesnt want to make my meatball sub. Saying it will take 30 minutes to make the meatballs which probably is not true. Then he takes almost 10 minutes to void it out. Ive had it with this loser. I will be trying to reach corporate tmw or monday if they arent open.

The customer service here is disgustingly atrocious. I went to grab some lunch here, but forgot my wallet in the car. So I decided to just order over the Subway app because I didn't feel like walking all the way back to go get it. Apparently one of the employees (glasses with dreadlocks) wasn't too happy about this. He was incredibly inpatient, and kept shaking his head the whole time. He kept trying to force me to just have the sandwich made over the counter, even though I couldn't pay for it because I didn't have my wallet. I wanted to use the app and pick out all the ingredients and then pay for it instead before anything else. Am I not allowed to do that??I don't know if these guys just hate their job or what, but I'd suggest they go find somewhere else to work if being patient and friendly with customers is too much trouble. That is literally half the job. This is exactly why I prefer to use the app over having to talk with service workers here.
