Needed to cancel a pickup order made on the Subway app today (which needs to be done over the phone). I called twice - the first time went unanswered for about two minutes until someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, and the lady who picked up the phone the second time I called assumed I had made the order through DoorDash and kept insisting so and rudely telling me to cancel through DoorDash after I tried to correct her, before hanging up on me.I liked getting...read full review

This review is for the weekly morning crew when i order online. For they are who my experience is with. These guys are FAST, PUNCTUAL, KIND, JOYOUS people. they make me want to buy a sub every day. I have been there quite a few times and have no complaints only compliments.

The older gentleman (if you'd call him that) that works nights is argumentative and obstinate towards customers and takes significantly longer to prepare the food in comparison to the other worker there. His mannerisms can be further summarized as either disrespectful to the military or that he "knows better" because he retired out at a higher rank than the people he serves.
