My favorite place!! I always get my Cobb Salad!, because it is the best!!The managers there are very good at getting my order right every time.And that sprinkle of that cajun seasoning they sprinkle on my toast....hit every time.PLEASE BRING BACK THE SOUTHWEST ZAXBY DRESSING...PLEASEEEEE.

I came in to pick up an order for uber eats, I attempted to speak to 2 younger people and got ignored after making eye contact. They were extremely unprofessional and I definitely won't be going back there. The zaxbys on oyster point is great, if you want to get your zaxbys fix in go there.

Ordered online, and my co-worker picked it up for me,the sliders were really good,the Asian salad needed more teriyaki sauce, and I paid for an additional eggroll that wasn't in bag.

Spent 45 in the drive through with only 2 people in front of me. This zaxbys motivation and professional level is unacceptable. So much for fast food. Then once you get to the window they pulled me up for 1 tender plate for another 15 minutes to compensate for their TTL.

I’m from out of town and decided to try this joint. Actually I was impressed.I use to think Hardee’s had the best chicken tenders… not no more. This place beats Hardees hands down.! I’ll go back tomorrow and try something else. Good food for the price . Tenders just as good as chick filet. Didn’t see a French dip on the menu though.

My experiences here are usually quite good. However, today was very disappointing. Me and my mother came for the usual, a #2 for me and a #4 for her. Immediately I could tell that the employee behind the drive thru was high on something, her speech was not connected and was very slow and laggy. As a fellow smoker, I understand, but she didn’t seem like she had a high tolerance that a job like this requires. Usually, when we get the #2, the employee behind the speaker asks if we want coleslaw or extra fries and we ask for extra fries because I am autistic and hate coleslaw. But she didn’t ask that at all, she was barely even responding to any of our order. When we got to the window I knew she was high immediately, her eyes said it all. When we got our food after being parked, I opened my #2 with four fingers to see that there was a spoonful of coleslaw sloppily splatted down in one of the little tray pocket things that separate the food. There was liquid spilling out into the part where the chicken and fries were. I wouldn’t have really minded the coleslaw if bits and pieces weren’t all over the tray, and as mentioned before the liquid spilling into different areas. The liquid made some of the fries and the toast soggy and disgusting. I am very upset with the service tonight.

I always mobile order and then pick up on my way to work. I always order the same thing. Traditional tossed hot honey mustard wings with a hot honey mustard dip sauce with coleslaw and peach tea and always make it a go big. There is mostly always something wrong with my order but today topped it and I had no time to go in or back through drive-thru. This time they gave my wings plain not tossed and my dip sauce was a half of a cup full. Also i always put go big size for .80cents more and I usually get a bigger coleslaw but this time I received a small one. I won't be going back. They constantly waiting my time and money.
