Brandon the Bartender made Delicious ? Bloody Marys and even the Screw Drivers had spark to them. Johnathan our Waiter was perky, polite and very efficient. The cook was spot-on with the Food. Naomi Black's Drag Show was ? and Entertaining.

I've gone on a couple occasions for the 'Burlesque style' performances... and they are Fabulous! It's a wonderful time. BUT the food there is inconsistently prepared/served and often times just not good. With that being the case... it's DEFINITELY overpriced as well. This is unfortunate, because a good show and good food are a great pair. I think they lean too heavily on the drink revenue. I'll probably go again...I just won't be ordering food.

UPDATE : Management reached out and expressed that the situation was not handled appropriately and apologized. They expressed they will work to resolve the issue to prevent future occurrences.Original : (Staff and security were unprofessional and unreliable. Management made no attempt to remedy the situation, and I had to rely on other customers to ensure I was able to get my personal items (car key, phone, ect) to leave. It was humiliating, and upsetting to deal with. I do not recommend going if you want to have a safe night out. I included the only photo I got from that night.)

The staff is unprofessional and defensive when handling patrons. Security is shady and unhelpful at best. If it wasn’t for patrons themselves helping other guests I do not think staff would have insured that people were getting home safely with all their items. There were also minors present on 21+ night. This place is not safe and I wouldn’t recommend it. The quality of drinks and food was also poor.

this review is specifically for goth night,, i love the ppl and the atmosphere!! HOWEVERRRrr the DJs will so often not play goth or industrial music but random 80's new wave hits or whatever!! what the heck, thats not goth music, thats not what we're trying to dance to. please keep the vibe, its not 80s night. no one there is dressing in 80's clothes. we're all wearing black!!!!!!! cmon i love zen i know yall can do better. We appreciated more trad goth or adjacent genres in the DJ selection. Seems like the less goth crowd is being catered to rather than sticking to the theme or the regulars.

I use to go to this place now and then but one night when a friend and I were having a very good time singing and eating the DJ Dave put on a very foul song about old women and how they come into the bar to pick up young men while some nasty stinky guy covered himself in a blanket and danced on me. I was humiliated, and even though I am friends with the owner and know she would be upset over their behavior I just can't get past the cruel thing this DJ I know did to me in front of friends. I found out that I'm not the only customer they have done that to. They did not do it for fun. They did it being cruel
