This was my first time at 7 cities the service was wonderful everyone had a great vibe about them. Bree waited on me with the most beautiful smile and took care of me. My pork chop wasn't quite to my liking and the owner Miss Dion took care of me and two other customers without charging us extra. The oxtails were amazing the macaroni and cabbage with seasoned to perfection. This will be my go to spot for Jamaican food. MP Island was my number one but now 7cities is by far the best in the city of Norfolk Virginia thank you so much ladies and gentlemen for taking good care of me. Hugs and kisses 10 out of 10 taste buds approved

My sister in law told me about this place. Never heard of it and even have rode by it over 20 yrs. But the food is goooood. I had jerk chicken white meat, cabbage, and Mac n cheese. Definitely recommend.

I came to this establishment today and the oxtails was tough n chewy the Mac n cheese no cheese turkey wing was also tough the fries was salty and the chicken was hard as if they double fried it. Was very dissatisfied with this order. The inside don't look like a eat in restaurant will not be back to this restaurant.

First time coming.. Came from Chesapeake!! The smothered and fried pork chop was the bomb seasoned!! Cabbage was good with a few carrots in it, Mac and cheese was good and yams were nice too. I will be back the owner and her daughter were super nice and I met Rhoda Live!!!!
I chose this spot while looking for a black owned restaurant. I went early afternoon. My husband and the curry goat and I had turkey wings. Our sides were rice and peas, collard greens, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. We ate from each other’s plate so I tasted it all and it was hittin home. Service was great! So check them out!!

I stopped in Norfolk Virginia to drop off a truck and I was at the airport, picking up a rental car and saw this restaurant on a google search, it was amazing and the food was great, I love supporting small family owned restaurants. I ordered the fried pork chops with the yams and cabbage. The lady gave me a iced tea and also a couple dinner rolls. I sat there and ate it for lunch. Everything was fresh tasting and hot.

There is no way this place has a 4.5. I dont know what type of food is everyone accustomed to. The food is not flavorful at all. I got the oxtails, greens and mac. The decor in restaurant looks terrible. It looks like a shack with a couple of tables and chairs. Items are pilled up in the corners. My first instinct was to immediately turn around and leave and I should have. No way these are jamaican cooks. Customer service was beyond ghetto even the white male in the kitchen was hood.
