When I was a kid, I called this place Boston Barf. 20+ years later, I decided to give this place a 2nd chance. Star rating hasn't changed. 1) They didn't even have half of the advertised chicken on their menu; out of stock 2) Cashier was rude 3) The chicken, mash potatoes, and corn I did buy was horrible. The chicken was dry, the mash potatoes were of the powered kind, and the can corn was chewy. Awful. Save your money and go somewhere else. Value, quality, and customer service is horrible. We were the only customers during noon. The restaurant also had boxes everywhere too in the dining section.

It seems i'm not the only one experiencing a terrible time at this place. I went there on Memorial Day and placed my order ahead, estimated time of pick up at 7:15pm. I go to open the doors to get my food and all the doors are locked. Staff cleaning tables look at me but no one answers the door. I finally go around the drive through and say i'm here to pick up. I give them my name and they then spend 10 minutes doing who knows what, another guy comes up and asks for my card. Weird because my card was charged already. Another 10 minutes and he gives me my card back and tells me my refund will process in 3-4 days. What refund? I was here to pick up my food.He said he thought I said refund.No. I want my food. You can reverse the refund. Then he says he's out of chicken and can't complete my order. Did not even try. Made 0 attempts to inform me of this while I was unknowingly waiting in the parkinglot for 30 minutes. No call. No text. No email. 0 effort. This is my second and last time trying this location.

Food there has a great flavor. The store needs to be updated or renovated. The employees there are friendly but have a no sense attitude of getting them in and out. They even make the food fresh in front of you.

3rd time(and last time) is the charm! 3 weeks ago was my third and LAST attempt at ever trying to eat there again! I was dead set on this place for lunch and my order had come to roughly $15 only to be told my $50 couldn't be broken and I should go somewhere else and get change..and then come back!! That isn't what you tell a customer or anyone who has a short window of time at lunch!!! Before I get really upset and say something I can't take back, I will just leave my review where it is. I also won't go into the 2 previous times either.

I love Boston markets food choices. Great for dieting & getting a well balanced meal that's tasty & satisfying. HOWEVER, recently every time I have visited, they are ALWAYS out something!!! I've purchased 4x within the last week & a half. I went into the restaurant, ordered then my order was given to a customer in the drive thru so I had to wait for them to remake my order. Then I visit on my lunch break around 11:15 am & the red potatoes were not ready as they should have been by opening at 11 am. Today, no green beans available at 11:45 am, as it should have been by opening at 11 am. Then the staff aren't even customer service oriented. They don't care. I was told "It happens" uh yeah, it happens but the attitude makes a difference. A simple "care" or "I apologize for the inconvenience " goes a long ways! Smh ......

This is the first time I've been to a Boston Market in years because there were none in my previous area in another state. I always loved their rotisserie chicken. This one was totally out of chicken. How do you run out of one of your main items? I should have left, but I ended up buying the turkey and gravy, which wasn't so great.

So this was my first time actually going to Boston Market and I honestly was quite impressed with the food. I had my reservations about it but it turned out to be better than I thought. I ordered the smoked turkey w/gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, and a piece of apple pie. The turkey was very flavorful and juicy! I thought it would've been dry, so I was pleased! The corn was okay l, but I added salt and pepper for more taste. The apple pie probably was the highlight of my day! It was sooooo good! I put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and it was all good to go! I wouldn't mind trying this place again. The staff members were nice as well!

Just stopped in. Out of chicken and meatloaf. Got Turkey. Tasted horrible. Rude staff as well. Go to Champs on Northampton Blvd. if you want a good home cooked meal.

This place is disgusting. Went in this evening and they were all out of chicken and meatloaf so I got the turkey dinner which was terrible. Portion controlled and nasty.

The portions of the food there is not worth the money at all.. Now i see why it's always empty is never nobody in there the servers and the service was wonderful it was great no problems... it's just I will not go back there to spend that much money on something that's not going to fill me up

I don’t know about the location. I’ve had food from the franchise before and I absolutely loved it. But this location. Ummm no. Nothing taste like the ones I eaten from in Florida.

We picked up a turkey family meal to have for Christmas dinner. It was very good and reasonable in price. Plenty of food! Definitely would recommend them! People inside were very nice and friendly. Saved the day for us as we had no plans for a meal for Christmas due to being away just prior.

There were no sweet potatoes, or other vegetables as I was told there has been a severe supply shortage. But the young man that served me did try to accommodate me by giving me a free drink and adding more salad.

Service was good but meatloaf was too barbecuey (new word) to have gravy with it, should be only for the sandwich.

Went around 12 noon and I was told all they have is chicken and two sides. No other meat items or sides will be ready. What kind of business is ran like this? It use to be a nice place to go but it has went down drastically.
