My husband and I drive by this restaurant everyday, and finally decided to stop in, we weren't sure if it was open, but saw the sign that they were! We were quickly greeted by who we assume was the Owner, the older Korean woman and she was very attentive, and soo kind, despite what other reviews have said. The owner of Norfolk Garden is the sweetest woman. She makes all the sides personally and they are delicious! Additionally, the decor provides a relaxing atmosphere. The spicy chicken shrimp keeps me coming back time and time again! The Kalbi is fantastic as well. Worth giving a try.

Norfolk Garden is an overlooked, hidden little gem in the rough. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's clean, and the food is its own magic.It was quiet when we went for lunch today. Sadly, the menus now have notices stating you must pay first taped to the front owing to people dining and dashing a little too much.
