I have been to many Italian restaurants and this one is by far the best. The warm bread is hands down amazing, I had the Philly cheese steak and it was the best I have had, tried the pasta and the sauce was fabulous, tried the meatballs which were fresh and melted in my mouth, also tried a bite of pizza and even it was amazing. The service was pleasant and professional, keep up the great work. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant many times and will be taking all family and friends here when they visit. Thank you for an amazing dinner and experience.
I absolutely love Franco's and have been going there for years. I usually get the lasagna and my honey always gets the Eggllant parmesean. The live piano player when they have it is great also.

My salmon was overcooked. The service sucked. They were very rude The girl that took my order put my car on the counter and never in my hand. I never got silverware with my order. I asked for two different dresses. I got one dressing. I feel like I was treated unfairly. The customer service was very rude and not professional at all. The food was okay but my sandwich was way overcooked. It was pretty much burnt and they charged me for a tip after I had already paid I do not recommend anyone else to go there if they're not Italian because they do not like black people and I was treated very poorly. The service sucked. I will not go back ever again

We placed our order and had to wait 45 minutes before the salad was served. Not to mention, we were never provided bread plates. Other guest who arrived after us got their salad before us. Customers who arrived after us were served the main dishes before we were. It was not a hard order, stuff shells, and the special. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff was delaying or the server. Worse part, they were not busy. Only half the tables were occupied.The meal arrived after 90 minutes. The special was burnt. The stuff shells...she said was marginal.Maybe it was an off day. But I will not recommend this place.

Visited Franco's on Feb 2 at 6:00 p.m. The waitress was terrible. People across the aisle who'd sat down after us were provided their salads and meals before we even received the small pizza we'd ordered. After eating, waited about 10-15 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table. Asked her for the check and a pizza box. The waitress brought the check and boxes to the people across the aisle then left. Figured she'd immediately bring ours. Wrong. Had to go up to the desk to ask for the check and a box. I let the waitress know the service was not great. She said it wasn't even her section and that she was just helping someone out. Apparently, if it's not your section and just helping someone out it justifies terrible service and an attitude to the customers. And apparently, she didn't care enough to remember that she'd brought us a pizza because she brought the check and a styrofoam box to put the leftover pizza in - didn't even offer to bring the right box. My family has frequented Franco's for over 20 years and I've never seen such a pathetic waitress in the establishment. Hadn't been in a while and don't have any intention of going back any time soon. VERY disappointed.
The service was excellent but my eggplant parm. Was a bit disappointing. Their limoncelli cake was wonderful tho.

The lil girl who answered the phone on Saturday night November 25 sounds like she’s 12. And she is very rude and unprofessional. Said she was manager and then when I realized she wasn’t I asked to speak to one first she said they were there and then said there isn’t a manager that she is the manager. This place has always been very rude. I’ll never support these people again!
