The subs are good but I don't like seeing the bread from my sub layed on a dirty counter. I would think they would use something. place you bread on a wrapper . When I asked why the bread was being layefd in the counter, she blew and stated that just how the do it.

I've tried ordering twice now via DoorDash and my order has not been correct either time. I either get the wrong sandwich, wrong drink, or some part of my order is missing.

Subs and service are very good. But! During my visit yesterday, I ordered two subs for pickup. To help the charity drive, I rounded up my ticket to support the charity. So far, so good. But, I put down an additional $6.00 as a tip, and my server told me that she wasn't allowed to accept my tip because of the charity program.That's a horrible thing for Jersey Mike to do to its hard-working, proficient employees. Many employees in that location may be students, single parents, or other people who depend on tips. To arbitrarily cut a servers income by denying them receiving tips is atrocious, and I'm betting, also illegal (see the recent Florida case). I will no longer order subs from Jersey Mike's until restitution is made to the affected employees, and such activities are ceased.
