Subs and service are very good. But! During my visit yesterday, I ordered two subs for pickup. To help the charity drive, I rounded up my ticket to support the charity. So far, so good. But, I put down an additional $6.00 as a tip, and my server told me that she wasn't allowed to accept my tip because of the charity program.That's a horrible thing for Jersey Mike to do to its hard-working, proficient employees. Ordered delivery via Doordash. My order was picked up by someone else (not the dasher). Owen was very helpful in resolving issue and started remaking the order for me right away! Great service and will definitely keep supporting these guys!
