The food was very good but the service took longer than I expected. they were not very busy and it took 10 minutes to get our food.There were also 2 or 3 menu items that I would have liked to have ordered that they didn't have.
This could be just my taste and preference, but I tried the baked potato soup for the first time and I was really disappointed. It was seriously bland. I had to season it three times at home. The potatoes were also very hard to the point I ended up microwaving it in 90 second intervals 4 times to soften potatoes. I usually enjoy Panera and would still recommend. I sure wish they would bring back the shortbread, though!!!!! I'm still a fan, just needed some comfort food while recovering...read full review

Their soda wasn't very good. Not a very clean location. Food was only served in carry out bags. We are in but it was noticable that this was the dirtiest location we had been to in Virginia. The staff was polite and parking was cheap.
