If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible. One of the employees told me to check my tone when I said that I asked for normal ice in a drink that was not full, after I paid $7 for it. Ridiculous that people try to earn money like that on college students, much better the Starbucks at Chartway Arena. Maybe need to consider a change in staff!

Truly disappointed, i ordered a caramel frappe and i get this drink everyday , Today the lady forgot to add caramel syrup on top, i then asked for them to add it and the lady asked her manager and her manager just agreed caramel syrup doesn’t go on the drink ?

Certainly, my dear interloy recent visit to Starbucks was a delightful and amusing experience. The expertly crafted beverages and captivating aroma left me in awe. I had a humorous encounter with a gentleman struggling to pronounce his order, and the lively ambiance, complete with jazz music and laughter, added to the enjoyment. I wholeheartedly recommend this Starbucks for those seeking not only delicious coffee but also a jovial atmosphere. Prepare for a sensory adventure unlike any other.

About three weeks ago my family and I visited Starbucks on Hull Street which is one of our favorite things to do. Not sure whether it was in Richmond, Midlothian or Chesterfield VA. I think breakfast sandwiches, cakes/pastries and drinks are absolutely divine. However, one issue, the rest rooms were hideous. About 2 months ago while heading to NC, we went to The Starbucks next door to Harris Teeter. The rest room there was much nicer.

Service was quick and polite. Great job. The two breakfast burritos I gotten was meh at best. Bland as all get out. Extremely hot, barely in sausage in either one slice of bacon, so much air in then as well, eggs were whatever no cheese, the potatoes were as white as snow with no salt. Very disappointing. Not worth the 14dollars I spent.

I sometimes stop in here when I do not have time to make it to the Little Creek Starbucks. I have never had an issue with the product or service. I even accidentally took somebody else's drink that looked like mine in a rush and did not notice for a couple minutes until I took a sip and they were super sweet about it when I came back and explained what I had done.

It's pretty good. Staff are always friendly, though I've been a number of times and they were out of the tea I wanted. Otherwise not bad.
I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. Definitely my preferred location over the crowded Starbucks in the Webb.
Very friendly staff and a lot less crowded than the Starbucks in Webb,
Great drinks
Service and batistas are great
