I placed a mobile order and received the wrong drink, the baristas working were so friendly and were quick to fix it! Also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese wrap and it was very good. You get what you pay for!
This Starbucks has been here for a few years, but it was my first visit. It won't be my last. First off, it's a pretty large location to be situated downtown Norfolk. They have lots of seating and a good amount of space to wait on your food and/or beverage. The staff is super nice. I got my new fave - Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai...check it out.
