During COVID, this place remained open so I could grab a bite to eat while handing academic business. The food was fresh, and the set-up was appealing to the eye. The fountain machine was off for flavoring, but overall a good experience. I'd like the staff to be more engaged with the customer. They seemed rushed, but were probably working with a skeleton crew.

Was really craving a sub today, so I decided to choose Subway. Terrible choice!!! The Subway on 4902 Hampton Blvd has the worst customer service. Rivaled that of McDonalds. I called to inquire about a Grubhub delivery I placed an hour ago because our ETA kept being pushed back. I called the restaurant and a Subway Rep picked up the phone. I asked her if Grubhub shared their information with their drivers about ETA/Food prep times and she rudely replied "No you should be asking Grubhub that. BYE!". I understand it's stressful times and the restaurants may be busy but wholly.... straight rude. I canceled my delivery because of this and was utterly disgusted with this experience. Never ordering from this location again.

The hours posted for this location show they're open 24 hours. We went shortly before 2am and we were told by the employee that he would not be making anymore food tonight. We left and went back to our vehicle when we noticed the same employee making sandwiches for 3 customers that entered the suite after we did.

Taste is good, but quality of food and treatment by employee was not great all the time. They just do everything in so much hurry that sauces and vegetables keep droping from the sub.

This Subway shop is by far the worst Subway I have EVER been to. Lunch time on a Tuesday and 1 person working. I went with an order for 7 sandwiches and 3 out of the 7 were wrong!!! Never again will I patronize this shop. Where is a manager? Where are any other employees. Pay attention Subway - there's too many choices out there to ever get my lunch there.
