This place is a goose chase. Drove across town at noon to get a nice meal before our drive home to Wilmington. It is 12:26PM and the doors are still locked… closed. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back!!! Honked at other customers before we left for fun!Parking: rocks with no lines

Fish and chips was light and crunchy. Delicious.Seafood platter was big enough for two, tea was fresh and obviously not Lipton. The owner was amazingly attentive and a joy to talk to. She genuinely cares to see that you enjoy the food, and takes obvious pride in her menu. I’ve been twice now, and I’ll be back.

I travel to Norfolk frequently and have added this as my must-visit place every time I'm here. The owner, Kathy, and server, Phillip, were so friendly and inviting. It felt like having dinner at a friend's house, if that friend is an amazing chef with a house that has so much character and charm. Of course, the food was delicious!

I am allergic to shellfish….but “man o man” the fish( 3 pcs Black Sea bass) n chips is exquisite not greasy….the homemade beer batter on the fish is perfecto…and it’s beautifully plated with an IPA ON TAP(my new fav AleWorks to top was satisfying. I really enjoy my time there. It’s worth every dollar ?…??. Let me not forget the “ live acoustic band” nice and smooth and funky!

I had a taste for some seafood and decided to go to this restaraunt since it was walking distance from my college campus. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and was told to make myself right at home and to sit down at any table that I wanted to. The inside of the restaraunt was small but cozy and gave a "at home" comfort feel vibe. There is a nice size bar and a few tables scattered around for seating.I ordered the sunset punch which was there signature drink, it was really delicious! I believe the server told me it had a mixture of 3 alcohols in it. It did not taste strong at all but I definitely felt it. It was a really good mixture. For my entree I ordered the fried scallops, fries, and coleslow. My scallops were fried exactly to my liking and were nice shape sizes. I personally do not like coleslaw - but i really enjoyed the taste of their coleslaw. The server informed me that she doesn't make her coleslaw mayonaise based. It was soo good! She also gave me a side of soysauce for my scallops which was my first time trying that combination. It was really good, definitely gave the scallops an extra flavorful kick to it. If you are near ODU college campus, I would suggest this spot if you have a taste for some seafood!

An absolutely wonderful place with a great atmosphere and the food is so fresh and delicious literally had the best tuna iv had in years if not ever we will be going back forsure the experience is worth every penny and the staff is just as awesome as well ❤️? and if you haven't tried thier mulberry pie it's an absolute must try best pie iv ever had hands down ????

Came in on a whim wanting to find a new dinner spot. We had the steamed shrimp, tres tacos, and some fries. When I tell you everything was cooked to perfection, hot, and fresh….it was like I cooked for myself at home. I started thinking about everything else on the menu and how many times I’m going to have to come back to try it all!The service was incredible. The atmosphere was so lovely with the live music they had.

Humm. I guess my expeditions were set high because the 4.5 stars on Yelp. Not so much guys we saw fresh seafood and was like oh yeah!! My boyfriend and I shared the fried seafood platter. Very mediocre for $40. I got a sunset punch which was good. On the plus side, the lady who was working was very friendly. There was another guy who was helping out who was very attentive. I feel like this is a good hole in the wall bar. Food could use some work for the price.
