This location needs to put online orders at the front. Every time I come in, all.of the employees just stare at me without helping. Ive even tried to get their attention and they flat out ignore me! The only way to get my online order is to go in line at the register and wait for everyone else to make their order before someone helps me. This location… Is not the best . It’s the closest to where I work so I come here, but orders typically take longer, or have more missing items compared to other locations around the city. It’s also dirty every time I visit. I know it’s 2023 and every restaurant is suffering from staff issues and “quiet quitting” ; but we can do better.

Everything I ate up until this point has been delicious. But today I wanted to try the Jerk Chicken wrap, and it wasn't nothing jerk about it.
