At every visit for the last 6 months, employees throughout the store greet me and ask if I need any assistance. They've stopped what they were doing to take me to an item I was looking for - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely atypical of Walmart experiences, perhaps suggestive of new management or monetary rewards for being positive and efficient? I went the other day, and it was the friendliest experience I've had there ever!! Everyone greeted me and asked me did I need help with anything, and I mean everyone!!!! They must be under new management!! It was a very pleasant experience!
So this Walmart is very efficient in the ways the products are organized. The employees are usually friendly but unfortunately there aren't that many employees. They have replaced almost all of them with robot registers where you get to do all the work of a cashier but get none of the pay.
