This restaurant is very well located in Chantilly, the service was excellent from the girl at the cashier, the place is clean and tidy. It is ideal for children's parties and eating with friends. We will surely return! ?
This is a very old and run down facility. There is a permanent layer of filth on almost every surface imaginable. It's visible on the glass doors and windows to the cash registers, tables, and touch screens. Service is average to below average. They get your order right at most two out of three times, probably more like 50-50. (Still hard to resist $3 Whopper Wednesday!)

Food is always good but I have yet to go thru the drive thru with a paid for mobile order that there wasn't an issue. Other BK shops don't have any trouble, just this one store.
