Hi.. I came in today around 3 pm.. I ordered food after recieveing my order and sitting down at the restaurant to eat my meal.. and when I unwrapped my burger their were ants crawling in the wrapper and on the burger.. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she responded with (it's probably from the window.. ) and I told her that's a health and safety issue.. and the cashier had no concern to address the issue and refused to fix the problem and said their is nothing she can do.. I wanted to return my meal but with me being busy and on my break.. I didn't have time to speak with the manager and I tried called the number on the receipt and no one answer multiple times.. I don't recommend going to that establishment or recommend ppl getting food to their.. and I will bring this concern to social media to boy cot this store..

This restaurant is very well located in Chantilly, the service was excellent from the girl at the cashier, the place is clean and tidy. It is ideal for children's parties and eating with friends. We will surely return! ?

Drive thru NOT open at 11:15pm on Saturday, Nov 18 despite displayed closure for midnight.

Placed a mobile order at 11pm on a random Saturday night. Waited at the drive thru speaker post for 5 mins, no answer no response. Drove directly to the second window, and that manager ordered me rudely to get back in line to order. I explained to him kindly that I waited 5 minutes at the speaker, but he insisted that I need to order at the drive thru speaker, again. And that’s why Burger King filed for bankruptcy.

This is a very old and run down facility. There is a permanent layer of filth on almost every surface imaginable. It's visible on the glass doors and windows to the cash registers, tables, and touch screens. Service is average to below average. They get your order right at most two out of three times, probably more like 50-50. (Still hard to resist $3 Whopper Wednesday!)
Extremely upset and angry right now and since this place won't answer their phone I'll leave a review before I take this further when I have the time. I ordered an IMPOSSIBLE whopper. It is MEAT. I DON'T EAT MEAT. I ordered it with mustard. There's not mustard on it. I ordered it WITHOUT lettuce or tomato. And there's both on it. I ordered it WITH cheese. There's no cheese. Furthermore, I asked for ketchup in the bag. There's no ketchup. AND I ordered an unsweetened tea. When the woman at the window handed it to me she even said "Here's your unsweet tea." It is not unsweetened. How do you mess up this badly??? I placed my order online and the receipt taped to my bag has my order correct so this is not a miscommunication issue.
