“Spent 2 nights in Onancock and this place blew everyone else out of the water! The service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and really felt the hospitality! The crab cakes really were phenomenal and the bar tender was great! If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out. The musical chef was friendly and welcoming and made us feel like old friends right away. Thanks for the great night and food!“

“I wish there was a higher rating! The pub is intimate and homey, friendly and welcoming. The staff are proficient but take time to chat and help with any questions. The food was amazing. We were served quickly. We will definitely make this a stop in our travels in the future.“

“What a hidden gem! My husband and I were in the area visiting and stumbled upon this spot by pure luck. The hostel manager was very professional and knew the area well. She gave great recommendations on local spots to visit. The beds were super comfy and the pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was, by far, the best we've had in a long time. Highly recommended the shrimp and grits or eggs benedict. Both were phenomenal. Will definitely be returning guests.“

“This place is really good and the food is plentiful. I have been there many times for lunch and dinner. My husband and I went Friday night and it was hard to decide but I got the special of Pork Osso Buco. It was unctuous, my husbands favorite word to the dish, and it was delicious. So much food, that I had it for lunch today and after my husband nibbled on it and the dog also got a lovely bite. The soups are homemade and always delicious. Lunch and/or dinner does not disappoint. Lunch or dinner, you need to go. Reasonably priced also. Enjoy, this is my favorite restaurant on the shore.“

“One of my favorite places to go for a great meal and a cocktail when I’m visiting my parents at the eastern shore! Located in a quaint historic little town I love to sit and look out on the water. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always friendly. I also love the little gift shop with local products.“
