I want to start with the fact that the last time I visited Bojangles, which was a few months ago, I ended up getting nothing because there was a piece of paper taped to the drive-thru speaker saying "No chicken, no fries, no biscuits, no soft drinks." It was very strange to me that they were able to stay open when all they had in stock was water and sides. Otherwise, every other time I've gone here has been pretty good. Recieved my order, coffee was warm, i asked for a hot coffee, was told would have to make some. After waiting a while, I checked back then told "we don't have any coffee". We questioned about no coffee lady said "no one's making any." WOW!!

Customer service is a must. When you are waiting on customers, at least put a smile on your face. If you do not like your job, quit. You can never beat Chick fala customer service. Do better.
