I ordered pizza and bread with a dipping sauce and I had to go and get my order and when I called I was told I'd get an item thrown in within 15 mins and when I got there to get my order it didn't even come with that free item!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I ordered pizza at 6:56 and here it is 9:05 and it’s just now on the way to my house! They offered absolutely nothing to make up for the amount of time it took to get here. I called during those 2 hours and nobody answered the phone. Just poor customer service and management!

Took 2 hours to arrive, they forgot my order of ranch, and the top of pizza was smashed to the top of box from the weight of the other order.

Terrible. Just dont... waste of time and money. Ordered at 6:30, delivered at 9:04. Called an hour later after ordering and they said they would include a Sprite to make up for the delay. They sure did not include the Sprite. They confirmed they haven't even started my order and it would be next. An hour and a half later it's at my door. Wing sauce was burnt. Pasta was beyond done. Food was reheated to seem hot. In reality the majority was cold. Never again. I then proceed to order from Papa John's at 8:29. Papa John's arrived at 8:50. Meanwhile, my order from Dominos was out for delivery at 8:53.. Just don't even attempt to find out for yourself.

Corporate, military, or regular customers beware. This facility has perfected the ability of performing a run around to get out of work.( They will use exercises such as the delivery will be an hour late, we are short staffed, we have an automated system, and so on and so forth) The manager and management are working diligently in affectively running the clock in order to not have to deliver let alone cook food DURING their operation hours as specified.Working together as a well oiled procrastinating team unified to bleed the clock until time has been passed to justify that they are closed. If you do call to make an order it’s in your best interest to call an hour prior to their specified operation hours end time. They have more important things to deal with than cater to their customers.

Ordered from here for delivery stated 35 minutes then 58. 90 minutes later called store made excuses stated another hour. Cancelled order poor customer service. Back in the day when I was with dominos would of fired everyone at this location

I ordered from the place. It took an hour and a half before they called me to tell me I had to get the pizzas I paid for because they don't deliver in my area. I then after 2 and a half hours was able to pick up my pizza and was still responsible for the delivery cost. Sent a complaint to Dominos for no response.

Don’t know there sauces. I asked for Garlic Parm. they give me ranch sauce instead….I have never seen a white garlic parm. More so the sauce looks like the ranch dip they added that I never wanted btw. Yes I don’t like ranch and this is ranch sauce on my chicken not “Garlic Parmesan”.

Pizzas were just as we ordered them and ready exactly when they said they would be. Domino's has also greatly improved their quality and selection.
They stop the 2 min timer before they give you the pizza, so it can’t be free. Today that happened and he gave my pizza away. So I had to wait. The meal was not made free. Even for the 2 min guarantee. Employee called Gm in front of me and told me that. Employee also said the manager makes them stop the timer so the pizza would never be free. I always get dominos. Never asked for anything free. This was in their website policy for Carside delivery. And they Don not uphold.

Ordered square cut pizza. Not right. Ordered Parmesan bread bites for the wife and they are flat, undercooked/overcooked, and swimming in garlic/grease. Not pleased. Not going back.

The ordering on line process is fast and convenient. Food is Tracy when I pick it up. I flash my lights and my food is brought to me. Love it!

Delivery time stated between 45 to 60 minutes but it was delivered within 25 minutes this was a bit of an inconvenience as i was balls deep in the pizza huts delivery guy at the time
