The ONLY reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the building is a little suspect... I didn't know it was open and passed by it the first time. The food is AWESOME and they have the service to match. The staff here is wonderful & accommodating.
The food is great. I had the macaroni and cheese, green beans, yams, and fried fish. The yams were a little thick for me, but tasted good. My husband and I shared a slice of the sweet potato pie. The consistency is great. It is seasoned really well; however a tad bit too sweet. the fish, mac and cheese and green beans were all great!!! As a matter of fact, I am buying a pan of green beans and mac and cheese for my Easter dinner.
