Food is usually good and fresh. Servers are generally friendly. The biggest problem with this location is that they have a knack for taking the "fast" out of fast food. As busy as the average Chick-Fil-A tends to be, this particular location is pretty inefficient. What's the point of remodeling your location to have 2 lines when you still only use one? This place is so hit and miss. The app doesn't let you add extra sauces anymore and they constantly forget them in your order. They put orders together, throw them on their shelf behind the counter and never call the name. You watch as your food gets cold until you can grab the attention of one of the employees (good luck). They flat out forget items in delivery orders. Employees have told me to complain to door dash to get refunds about issues wholly in the restaurants control...read full review
