I ordered a #1 around 11:30 3/15/24 and there was a lady with pink hair yelling at a worker to cancel some order and then I had to wait about 8 mins for "fast food" just for the burger to be all messed up. The bread was flat and hard like a kettle chip the meat looked about older than me.

Instead of letting those in line waiting 20 mins maybe put up a sign so people can choose another item in advance. The same applies to the drive thru folks waiting 30 mins only to find out they serving just water & ice for breakfast.
