Food here is great. The people working customer service here are complete morons. The sign says breakfast until noon. It is 11:05 and I can't get breakfast. So I ordered two chili dogs in the drive thru. I was asked to pull up to the line so I would not count against their clock. I have now sat here for 14 minutes since I placed the order. I visited in the late morning and ordered two chicken fried steak biscuits for $5. I had to pull off to the side, which was no problem. My food was brought to me by one of the courteous staff members. I was going to take them home to eat, but they smelled so fresh and delicious, I couldn't wait. The manager in this restaurant is not customer friendly. In fact, other customers remarked on her lack of hospitality. The food is normally Hardee's standard. Feb 15th was not the standard. At 11:10 am, I was told the wait was 20-30 minutes for a burger. I smiled and waited. When the manager gave permission to take my order 15 min later, I asked for a cup holder.
