Made an online order and they said the food would be ready at 9:30 pm. We arrived early and they were already closed. They did not give us anything and just said they were closed. They could have at least told us how to file a refund.

Dashing an order and they closed before I got there and took my customer’s order before 9. Told me they had no food and is closed for the night. Customer had to cancel order and I had to prove they were closed so I had to take a picture as proof and the man working was very rude. I understand they are ready to go home but maybe they should not take Dash orders past 845. Put me in an awkward situation and Dash took half my money.

One of the worst visits I had at KFC...ordered an 8-piece meal and paid about $22 they had me pull around, waited about 10 to 15 minutes guy brought me my food, now you would think after waiting that long must going to have some nice fresh hot chicken, got home the only hot thing was the mash potatoes, fries were cold chicken seemed a little old and to top it off an 8-piece should have 2 of each piece I got a breast, 3 thighs, and 4 legs and I don't even like dark meat like that. Usually I go back but was just too tired after working all day...highly disappointing meal but will check my food before leaving from now on.
This location offers online ordering which is super convenient! Went inside to pick up the order only had a couple minute wait, the lady at the counter was super nice. Got back to work the orders were filled correctly and the food was hot and delicious!
I came here for a fried chicken sandwich and unfortunately they didn’t have any fried chicken patties. I tried to get different meal but it took so long I decided to leave. It seems like there was only one employee working at the time which is unfortunate for him and hungry customers. I suggest management have a closer look at this location because the employees need help.
Went to get two chicken Littles as a snack. Pulled away and ate one before I realized that the bread was MOLDY! Disgusting. Don't come here or you'll get sick.

I made an online order at 240, it is now 3:37 and I have yet to receive my order. I sat at the window for 10 mins only to get to the speaker and was told online orders have to be picked up inside ok no problem. Go inside and my order has been accidentally given to someone who just walked out. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food so how they accidentally walked out with the wrong bag is beyond me. Well they had to re-cook everything because nothing was prepared. I now know why this store is always empty.

Nasty attitudes, nasty food, eww...I got a large cole slaw and it was spolied!! I called about 15 times for almost 2 hours and the phone rang busy! Clearly they took the phone off the hook to give a busy signal. I wanted to alert them so nobody got sick but that's apparently how this place is from reading the other reviews.Also,the girl had hair down to her butt(outside of a kitchen area, I would say it was pretty), but honey-when you're working where food is with no net or even pulled back in a pony-thats just nasty!!! She didnt say a word all 3 times she opened the window, for payment,give me my card and drink or when she came back with my food.....just handed it out and closed the window and walked away. How does a place like this keep its franchise license??? Unreal
