Dashing an order and they closed before I got there and took my customer’s order before 9. Told me they had no food and is closed for the night. Customer had to cancel order and I had to prove they were closed so I had to take a picture as proof and the man working was very rude. I understand they are ready to go home but maybe they should not take Dash orders past 845. Put me in an awkward situation and Dash took half my money.
One of the worst visits I had at KFC...ordered an 8-piece meal and paid about $22 they had me pull around, waited about 10 to 15 minutes guy brought me my food, now you would think after waiting that long must going to have some nice fresh hot chicken, got home the only hot thing was the mash potatoes, fries were cold chicken seemed a little old and to top it off an 8-piece should have 2 of each piece I got a breast, 3 thighs, and 4 legs and I don't even like dark meat like that....read full review

Made an online order and they said the food would be ready at 9:30 pm. We arrived early and they were already closed. They did not give us anything and just said they were closed. They could have at least told us how to file a refund.
