The positive of our visit is that the food was made quickly and properly. Everything was as promised, and was like typical fast food.Negative, however, made me question if I would revisit. Several of the tables were dirty. The employee did not call out the order when it was ready, so you just have to keep an eye on the counter to determine what may be your order. (Ordering is by kiosk only.) The employees were a little loud and were using some foul language. We ate outside, but an employee had a smoke break at the table next to us.The feud was Wendy’s, and the food was delivered quickly. However, I don’t see myself, frequenting here due to the service and cleanliness.Parking: Easy parking in attached lot

put me on hold in drive thru for 10 mins then got mad at me for ordering food¿forgot ghost pepper chicken and son of bacon... they need help. never again

The food was hot and fresh! I had a special request and the food was prepared exactly as ordered. However, I was disappointed that we did not receive a receipt and was missing an item from our bag and had to turn around after going halfway out the way. I did not like that as we were speaking trying to place our order we were interrupted numerous times with questions about the order before we even got to the step. For instance, as we were stating the specifics of our sandwich she was asking about the drink when we hadn't even finished what we were saying about the sandwich. Other than that the team was welcoming and I was very pleased with my food and order

My wife had gone through the drive through and ordered our food. She had to go back through the drive through because from what she ordered she didn't receive all of it. They never gave her a receipt so she could confirm the order. When she asked for it the young man who was waiting on her gave her an attitude. Then the manager also gave her an attitude and slammed the window on her. She was just trying to give them more business and get what we wanted and not what they charged her for. The manager acted unprofessional and her customer service needs work. She will lose this establishment business.

We stood at the counter, several people made eye contact and looked away, no one said a word. I tried waving, still nothing. I understand if none of them were able to work the register, but I have never went to a place where they didn't say "it will be a minute" or "they will be back in ___time" etc, something. Instead they were acting like Deer trying to decide if they want to run or not.

I'm always on the road all day long so fast food is generally my go to. The person who took my order came through crisp, clear, and professional at the drive vthru. This is rare. Normally I struggle to hear what is being said. I was given ny food with a smile. Hot, quick, and good. Outstanding

The woman in the was mean, you could clearly see she didn't want to be at work, fries was colder than a milk shake and my orange drink was straight water, and I just got off I just wanted something quick to eat before I went home I regret spending my money that wendys on Frederick Blvd and won't be making a trip in the future unless I see IMPROVEMENT

Today is Saturday October 7th, 2023! At 8pm my, daughter, her boyfriend, and myself entered the store to make a purchase...You could feel the vibe of the employees in the air was not a good one...The service that we obtained was deplorable and unjust, there was no sense of urgency on our purchase, this location lacked courtesy from the female employees...they spoke to us in a distasteful manner... they threatened us so much to the point of following us out the door...I will never attend to this location ever again...I would suggest an overall staff change

My husband forgot his credit card at this location last Sunday. He thought he had lost it until we backtracked and called. The manager stated that it was safe, this was last Tuesday morning. By Tuesday evening, when we were able to pickup the card, we had charges pending for a Netflix subscription, as well as three charges to Apple. The matter had supposedly been escalated to the regional manager but we have yet to hear from her. If you go here, pay cash and safe yourself the hassle.
