The people in the office behind the desk and all of the mechanics in the shop as well. “I live over an hour from my son, and ordered a pizza for him and his friends that were working on a car. I was apprehensive at first due to the low star rating, but I ordered anyway. He got the order long before the delivery estimate and everyone said the pizza was great. I don't normally do these things because it's a pain, but with some of the stuff I read, they may have just had a bad experience due to what was going on that particular day, and don't want them counted out. “Stopped at this place earlier this year and was recently reflecting on how everyone writes a bad review when there is something to complain about, but few write reviews after having a good experience. We had a positive experience here and were impressed both by the facility and by the hard-working people who staff it.We stopped in to get food at Arby's, and were treated courteously by the staff there, who went out of their way to answer questions about some items on their menu. Afterwards we used the facilities and were impressed by how clean the rest rooms and the shower area was.What I think impressed us most of all was the diversity of products on sale. If we hadn't been so quick to eat at Arby's, we might have picked up some really tempting looking grab-and-go food covering a wide range of tastes and offering healthy options. The convenience store had all sorts of other cool stuff, too, the sort of things you might need on the road but not find at a typical truck stop -- special charging and connection cords for your electronic devices, for example. This place was very up-to-date in what it had to offer, despite its unpretentious facade. Round of applause for the hard work of the people here to put together a welcoming and useful facility.“

“Miss Joleen, who I did not know, was manager. Because she was dressed down was so awesome and down to earth. She made love to my pizza because she asked me how would I like it made and she suggested some things and I let her do her stuff. The pizza was very good, though I shouldn't be having ? LOL?...!At Love's when I park there, I didn't realize there was a walk a walkway through Pilot Travel center that's how I got there.The other lady seems very nice as well. If I'm ever at this area again, I will make sure to stop in and say hi to Miss Joleen.
