“Amazing Thai spot! I came here for the first time today and ordered takeout. My go-to Thai spot used to be sisters Thai but lately they’ve been inconsistent, pricey, and giving noticeably smaller portions.

I decided to give Happy Thai a shot and was so glad I did! The food was so delicious, flavorful and authentic tasting. Service was great. I placed my order for pickup at 7pm and they had my food prepped and ready to go on the dot.

I wish we had taken photos of the huge spring rolls with shrimp. My friends had Green curry, and Pad See Euw (sp) and I had Pad Thai, my test for first time at a Thai place. All the dishes were lovely with generous portions and the atmosphere in a little private alcove was great. I plan to return next week after visiting Glenstone.“

“I had a great experience at Nalak Thai. The food was so delicious, and the portion sizes were really good as well. I also ordered the Ube Thai tea, and it was amazing. Not only did it taste great, but it was also presented so cutely. I loved the heart-shaped straws and the little teddy bear on the drink. It made the whole experience feel extra special and adorable.

“The restaurant is tucked inside an apartment complex. Inside though, was nicely decorated with two levels. The food was tasty. The carryout entree was provided in a two tier plastic bowl that is unique for this area. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back again and try more dishes. Definitely worth it for fine in or carryout.“

“Got the wonton noodles off the menu instead of grub from the hot bar. They were okay. Definitely add some sriracha to kick the flavor up.

Recommendation to the owner…offer wonton noodles in a wet and dry form. Wet is what you do now. Dry you cook the noodles and add the noodles, wonton, and buk choy to a platter, and pour the soup in a smaller bowl on the side. The noodles and wonton stop cooking this way and don’t turn into mush. Also, invest in a jar of sambal!“

Drinks: The Thai tea is stellar, perfect. A little too sweet for my usual preferences, but combined with their water it creates for a perfect hydration combo to cleanse the pallate and fully savor the delicious Thai cuisine flavors. Their bar contains a great variety of drinks and spirits which I look forward to trying out soon. Service: They have some of the friendliest, most efficient, and knowledgeable servers. Always smiling, refilling water cups, answering all sorts of questions, and paying attention that the guests are taken care of properly. The crunch on the chicken was next level, and the flavor was off the charts. The sauce on the side, amazing. Just the right amount of spice, and the vegetables in it were cooked just right. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful.
